Kyle Stevens is the Founder and Lead Designer at Stonewood and Waters. In 1992 he made the decision to leave the world of manufacture, to start what has become Rochester's most sought after design & build firms.

His years at RIT taught him a unique ability to understand standards of construction engineering that he combines with his love for Art & Design. His love of family and those he meets is apparent in each and every design. Kyle along side his two children Avery & William, lead there lives in service of others. Sean Cole

Sean started in 1998 and has been with the company 18 years and is general manager. With 18 years of “in the field” experience he has acquired a broad knowledge of many different aspects of the industry. His goal is to ensure that ..

Sean is a Rush Henrietta High School graduate. He also attended Monroe Community College, RIT, and received an Associates Degree in Business Administration.

Sean now resides in Rush, NY with his long time girlfriend, Mindy Pitts. He is an avid golfer and also enjoys skiing, exercising, hockey, and softball.

Dave McGinnis

David started in 1995 and has been with the company 21 years and is Administrator and in charge of quality control. His attention to detail and customer satisfaction is second to none when it comes to maintaining a beautifully manicured lawn.

Dave McGinnis

David earned his Bachelors Degree in Fine Art and Art Education from Nazareth College “Magna Cum Laude”. David also is an accomplished DJ who regularly plays out at clubs and records his own music.

David presently resides in Geneseo.
